EVENT MENU

Below you can see our event menu.Choose the starter, main dish and dessert you like best. The selected dishes must be selected for the whole party.

Dietary restrictionst or allergies must be informed in advance, so that we have the opportunity to make a suitable menu that meets your wishes and needs.

The event must be booked at least a week before, and have a minimum of 15 people.

 

Regardles of your choice the price for 3 courses is: 425,-

Wineparing 225,-

Drinks and Food for your event must be decided and agreed upon at least 1 week before the event. 

STARTERS

all startes are served with baguette and butter

SMOKED SALMON SALAD, on leafy greens, pickled red onion and roasted pine nuts

CHICKHEN TERRINE, on leafy greens, apple, pickled mustard seeds and herb mayonaise 

SHRIMP COCKTAIL, with Greenland shrimp, salad, homemade dressing, asparagus and tomato

MAIN DISHES

PORK TENDERLOIN STEAKS, red currant, hasbrowns, seasonal vegetables and gravy

STEAKS CUT FROM BEEF FILLET, glazed carrots, whiskey sauce, potatoes with parsley

BAKED COD with fried brussels sprouts, sauce hollandaise and potatoes with parsley

 

DESSERTS

WARM PANCAKES served with vanilla ice cream and strawberry jam

LEMON MOUSE with whipped cream, chopped nuts and chokolade sauce

GATEAU MARCEL served with berry coulis and vanilla ice cream
